The rates are for the rental of the villa and NOT PER PERSON. We can accept payment by cheque, money order, credit card (via PayPal) or by debit card (via PayPal) in GB pounds or US Dollars. Please note, payments by credit or debit card will incur a 4.2% administration fee.
We can take provisional bookings whilst you are arranging your flights and can hold your dates for 3 working days, with no obligation.

10% discount on bookings of 3 weeks or more.
For additional daily rates divide weekly rate by 7. Rentals of less than one week are subject to an extra cleaning charge of £50/$80.
Pool heating by prior request £15/$23 per day.
The rental commences at 4.00pm on the day of arrival and ceases at 10.00am on day of departure. Should you have a late flight, it may be possible to rent the villa for an additional day – please enquire 2-3 weeks before commencement of rental.
All rental charges are inclusive of Florida State Resort Tax.
