Our villa is situated on the highly regarded "Calabay Parc at Tower Lake" gated private estate close to Davenport and Haines City. It is one of Florida’s newest executive gated vacation communities and is situated just south of the interchange between Interstate 4 and Highway 27. This means that you can miss all the queues on Highway 192 and take Interstate 4 straight to Disney World! There is a splendid gated front entrance to the private estate and the area is maintained to a very high standard. The property is 15 minutes from the Walt Disney World Resort and is 5 minutes from the new development at Posner Park which will feature movie theatres, fine cuisine and excellent shopping facilities. Our villa is also situated minutes away from the quaint historic centres of Haines City and Davenport. Here you can sample the traditional Florida and surround yourself in orange groves. Due to its central location, Haines City has a unique character and maintains its small town feel through its historic downtown area. It is often referred to as the “Heart of Florida”. The villa is situated within a golfer's paradise. There are approximately 100 golf courses within one hour's drive of the villa! The area is also great for fishing and water sports with Polk County having 544 lakes!
